The Importance of Drinking Water

We all know that drinking lots of water is very good for us but which one is better ? Filtered or mineral bottled water ? 

Well, both tap water and bottled water are facing a problems with contamination and microplastics.

However recent studies show that filtered water removes more contaminants therefore is more beneficial to our health and well-being.

What if you don't like drinking pure water ? 

Just add some lemon, mint or your favourite berries for better taste. 

You can also make your water more alkaline by simply adding a little bit of bicarbonate of soda.
